Our Trip To the Pumpkin Patch 2016
So there isn't anything groundbreaking about this blog post, but I really wanted to get back to my bloggin' roots and share what I love. My family! Some of my favorite posts to look back on over the years are just the ones where I share photos or family stories so I thought I would pop in and do just that.
We took Sawyer to the Pumpkin Patch last weekend and this little guy had a BLAST! He wouldn't even smile in the beginning because he was so overwhelmed with all of the things he wanted to touch and do that he sort of just sat there. Once we took him to the hay-maze though, it was all over. He crawled so fast through that little tunnel and then he was OFF! Climbing over every pumpkin, shoving fistfuls of hay and dried corn into his mouth. It's safe to say, Sawyer-bear loves Halloween as much as his mama ;)
I know you read it over and over again, but the holidays are SO much more magical when you get to do them with your kiddo! Even though he is still so little, watching his face light up just makes the season.
It was a bright and sunny morning when we took him to the patch, so a lot of the pictures were just too bright, but really, the day wasn't about getting a perfectly lit photo as much as it was capturing the excitement in his eyes at every turn. I'll cherish these memories forever!
Until Next Time,
