Christmas 2014 & a Sad Story

Ho, Ho, Ho! MEEERRRRY CHRISTMAS!

I've got a confession to make, y'all. I'm faking the jolly. Although every year there is SO much to be overwhelmingly grateful for, as of last weekend, i'm a little bahhumbug. :)

You see, as I was getting ready to photograph our new & improved 2014 Christmas Home Tour, my dear husband dropped my camera, shattering my very expensive lens, and the camera body won't even turn on anymore. I love the man dearly, but I flipped shit when I saw the camera glass all over the concrete.

However, because no blog of mine would be complete without a Christmas home tour, here I am, re-sharing the 2013 Christmas fun as captured by my iPhone. :) Things are just things, and even if I may have shed a few tears when Nikon told me my warranty did not cover accidents such as your husband dropping your camera from the roof with such violence that you would think he was mad at the piece of technology, Christmas will go on. :)

I likely won't have a new camera until the New Year (those things are expensive, ya'll!) so in the meantime, please forgive the iPhone compromise. :)

Thank you all for being the best blog readers in all the land! Even if I don't have a 2014 tour of my Christmas home, I promise to bring you LOTS of home projects in 2015. Have the most incredible weekend, y'all! Sip on some spiked cider, will ya?

Until Next Time,
xo Kylie
