Home Office/Guest Room Update: My Home Desk

Hey gals!

It's me, the worlds worst blogger. :) Is it just me, or is Spring the time life starts to get a little bananas? I am going to forget to wear pants to work someday soon, that is how close I am to losing my mind.

Did you see on instagram (@absolutelyarkansas) last weekend our best friends showed up on our doorstep? It was the best BEST surprise ever! We had no idea they were coming and we finally got to show them around our little town and their nephew #axlrosethedog never wanted them to leave.

Their visit finally made me kick my booty into gear and get some office stuff organized, so I wanted to share with you some updated pictures of my home desk.

I'm still LOVING our faux "built-ins". The storage is perfect and that pop of blue makes my little heart sing :)

We made this cork board on the cheap  (tutorial coming soon!) and I just love the pop of graphic pink that makes the girliness of my space totally over the top.

Yesterday when I came home to spruce up the office Axl RAN into the room looking for his Uncle Tyler and Auntie Bree and he had a broken-beagle heart that they had already gone home.

Little gold details like the pins on my cork board, the oversized paperclips, and this to-die for tape dispenser totally make this space for me. I'm that blogger that wants to take a can of gold spray paint to all.the.things!

My little unicorn was without-a-doubt my best purchase of 2015. I think I grabbed him for 3.99 at home goods, and he is the perfect hook for my headphones! Eveyone should put a inconspicuous unicorn somewhere in their house, Its good luck or something.

I am totally excited about how this room is coming along, only a few more projects here and there and i'll finally get around to sharing the entire room. #slacking

Happy Saint Patties day! Be safe tonight with a green beer or 5 ;)

Until Next Time,
xo, Kylie
