Our 2015 Christmas Home Tour

Merry Christmas, friends!

Welcome to our 2015 Christmas home. This year isn't too much different from years past, but we did make a few little changes here and there, and I couldn't wait to share 'em with you.

This year we didn't have much of a budget to buy more Christmas decor (thanks giant hospital bill!) so I repurposed a lot of our decor from around the house, and purchased a few smaller things throughout the season.

I bought 2 Christmas pillows and a red Christmas blanket to add to our stash, and although small, I just love the impact! Nothing updates a room like new throw blankets and pillows. Jake gets mad every time I bring home a new blanket. At least we'll never be chilly! :)

I've dreamt of matching Christmas stockings since long before we had Sawyer. Seeing them hung on the mantel just makes my heart sing! Our first born, Axl, even got his own stocking up there with the rest of the family.

Was it just me, or was Target's dollar spot Christmas selection ON POINT this year?! SO many cute things! We have the worst Target ever (we do live in Walmart country, after all) and even I was able to pick up some cute little knick knacks on my weekly hunt.

I was trying to get a picture of our tree lit up at night, and I had Jake stand in front of the tree to get my camera to focus, and he and baby Sawyer were just too cute, and I ended up loving these photos way more than the ones of the tree by itself. Christmas is about family, after all.

Speaking of family, mine wishes you the merriest season of all!

Until Next Time,
